We like to keep trips small (no more than five people) and personal, so you will be well looked after while still experiencing a true adventure.
You have the option of exploring five valleys bordering the Kahurangi National Park and will have over 2023 hectares of land to ride on. Landscapes vary and you will wind through native bush, listening to the native song of the Tui and Bell Bird, and canter across green fields surrounded by majestic mountains, including Mount Arthur.
You will enjoy mountain vistas on a quality horse that is willing and well schooled. Trek up high on winding tracks through the native bush and down steep tracks crossing gushing rivers.
There will be opportunities to canter and trot if your experience allows you. If you book the five day trek you can journey up to our Alpine Hut for the night ,with views over Tasman Bay and beyond, and explore five valleys in complete peace. When it's hot you can swim your horse in the river at the end of the day.
