Crucita is a small Coastal rustic fishing village located about 30 minutes from Manta. This location is perfect to get to and from the airport and to do your major shopping. You can take a taxi or we can arrange for a driver to pick you up, take you shopping and drop you off at your front door. How easy is that? You do not need to rent a car in Crucita, you are in walking distance to restaurants and small family owned stores for your basic groceries. Also, there is great bus transportation that can take you to the major cities.

Crucita has about an eight-mile stretch of flat beach, which has tall rocky cliffs that act as bookends on each end. You will enjoy watching the para-gliders launch from the top of the hill (La Loma), where they catch the thermal breezes. You can enjoy a cold cerveza at the restaurant and watch the para-gliders launch and land just feet away

Cozy bungalow with private outdoor living space, located in the Manabí Province in Crucita, Ecuador. This coastal property is just a four minute walk to the Pacific Ocean. This home offers a nice open plan so that you can entertain with your guest and the cook can be part of the party. The two bedrooms are a good size with private full bathrooms attached. Crucita is between Manta and San Clemente; the perfect location. We are only a 25 minutes from the airport in Manta.

We will be returning to our home in Crucita at the end of April when our current renters check out. We will be spending the rest of 2015, thru 2017 at our house. We have a few more improvements we want to do and enjoy the fruits of our labors. The house will be listed for sale at the end of 2017 beginning of 2018. Two good size bedrooms with their own private baths. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs in the outdoor living area.

No Smoking permitted inside.For weekly occupancy add $37 for utilities, water, and internet. For monthly occupancy add $145 for utilities, water, and internet. A one time cleaning fee of $40.00 is paid at time of booking. Weekly cleaning is available if desired all that information and more is in your welcome packet with the owners notes at check in. Also we leave one Clario mobile phone for your use we just ask you put minutes on the phone and return it to the administrator upon checkout.

If bring pets, non-refundable pet deposits as per individual cases.

We are young professionals, I am a computer IT guy and my wife works for JP Morgan Chase banking. We visited Crucita on our honeymoon in 2012 and feel in love with the country and people of Ecuador. We purchased this home with three lots and spent a year remodeling it for a vacation rental as an investment and our paradise getaway. We enjoy Crucita very much and the beach is really great. We love the outdoors so the downstairs was a must of comfort and fun. The upstairs we made very open for relaxing after your days adventures. The house is 3 blocks from the Malecon so at night you can come home to peace and quiet and leave the noise and partying of the beach strip behind when you have had enough.
