Our training camp is held in the beautiful area of Zahora & Los Caños de Meca, located on the south coast of Spain. We run a serious and ambitious training camp aimed at boosting your health, physical condition and performance levels. We focus on highly functional training with the added bonus of your exercises being carried out in a stunning natural environment, which secures good options for varied training stimulus.

Our groups are generally diverse, with participants ranging from well trained athletes to average Joes and people with lower fitness levels. On most of the camps there is no requirement of fitness level to attend however, the desire to improve fitness level and/or lifestyle is a must!

The foundation for the training at our training camp is highly functional and uses natural movements. We train with natural objects which secure a much higher variation in the way the muscles in the body are stimulated.
We also use some standardised equipment such as; kettlebells, boxing equipment and gym-rings.

In the trainings you will find some of the following components;

- Bodyweight strength training and conditioning
- Boxing training
- Kettlebell work
- Running & sprinting (barefoot, sand trail and off track)
- Parkour
- Muscle release techniques
- Yoga (Ashtanga) and mobility work
- Various challenges, drills, games and competitions

As well as supplying the body with the best conditions for positive changes as a result of exercise, we will also concentrate on making the body healthier from within by eating natural nutritious foods

The diet throughout the course is based on natural foods of organic and local produce. We only use highly nutritious and non-processed foods. The diet is created to optimise fatty-acid ratio and secure a well balanced amount of nutrients.
The diet is put together based on what the body is designed and developed to live on, rather than what is available in the modern supermarket.
For example; local organic fruits and vegetables, free range meats, eggs, nuts, seeds, healthy oils, and fresh, local seafood.

For many this will mean a diet with a lower ratio of carbohydrates than their usual intake, and it may take a while for your body to adapt to this as it has alter its metabolic systems. This can sometimes be felt as cravings for sugary foods, however we have ways of dealing with this.
The benefits of such diet changes are many, including improved insulin sensitivity, better body composition in terms of ratio of muscle and body fat, improved hormonal balance.

The diet is Non-Gluten, Non-Dairy. Vegan and vegetarian options are available also.

Typical Day

We choose not to run a standardised course week after week, instead we adjust the program for the current Group. On the course you will get a daily plan each morning. However we will sometimes add in some surprices as well.

A typical training day will consist of three training sessions throughout the day.
During the week we also have activities such as surfing or horse-back riding and a professional massage is included. We sometimes go to the Hammam bath in Jerez for restitution.

A typical day could look like this:

9:00 Morning run, Yoga or mobility
10:30 Breakfast
13:00 Boxing session, Strength & Conditioning workout at the beach
14:30 Lunch and Siesta
17.30 Group competitions & uphill interval run
19:00 Deep stretching
20:00 Dinner followed by lecture/workshop on Nutrition

The daily program, is in general quite packed.
One day during the week will be a resting day. With only one morning training,
followed by breakfast. After that rest of the day is given free. Often the participants choose to arrange a trip together this day. Options for visiting some of the surrounding cities (Cadiz, Vejer, Jerez), whale watching from Tarifa or even a day trip to Tanger-Morocco, or just relax in the area.

Age range, type of group

Our particiapants are often quite diverse in terms of age and fitness level.
Some are high level athletes, some come to loose weight and kickstart a new lifestyle. What most coming here have in common, is an interest in training, health and well-being.

A big part of the participants are between 20-45. But we also have both older and younger participants. Minimum age for attending the camp is 15 years of age.

Around half of our participants come as singles.
The rest comes as friends, couples or sometimes families.

Policies & Restrictions

Unfortunately pets are not alowed at the hotel.
Smoking not allowed during common meals and sessions.

We advocate, encourage and expect all participants to follow our diet while they are here, and most chose to do so. However it's not a requirement.
Those who follows the diet gets the best results.

- Andalusian Houses, each containing a bathroom, living room and kitchen, a wood burning fire place, as well as 2 bedrooms.

If accommodated in houses you'll have free access to Hotel swimming pool, WiFi and other facillities as well.

Other Information

Arrival one day earlier is possible from 15pm, at no extra cost. However guests will have to arrange for meals at their own cost

Private pickup and return is possible from:
Jerez Airport for 30Eur/person
Seville for 40Eur/Person
Malaga Airport for 50Eur/person

You can also go by public transport,
To Conil, Vejer or Barbate where you can get pickup at no cost.
