It’s not a requirement that you are a well trained athlete, most weeks there is no requirement of fitness level to attend the training camp, however the desire to improve your lifestyle and fitness is a must! Our groups will generally be diverse, with participants ranging from well trained athletes to average Joes and people with lower fitness level

Our bootcamp / fitness training camp will include exercises and activities such as:
Bodyweight strength and conditioning training
Yoga and mobility work
Various challenges, drills, games and competitions
This training camp includes all meals and on avg. 3 training session per day. On one day you will enjoy a half day of surfing lessons, and during your fitness vacation you will also enjoy massages.
As well as supplying the body with the best conditions for positive changes as a result of exercise, we will also concentrate on making the body healthier from within by eating natural nutritious foods.
The diet throughout the course is based on natural foods of organic and local produce. We only use highly nutritious and non processed foods, and your diet is created to secure a well balanced amount of nutrients, including an optimised fatty acid ratio.
The diet mainly consists of:
Free range meats and eggs
Nuts and seeds as well as healthy oils
The diet is put together based on what the body is designed and developed to live on, rather than what is available in the modern supermarket. For many this will mean a diet with a lower ratio of carbohydrates than their usual intake, and it may take a while for your body to adapt to this as it has alter its metabolic systems. This can sometimes be felt as cravings for sugary foods, however we have ways of dealing with this!
The benefits of such diet changes are many, including improved insulin sensitivity, better body composition in terms of ratio of muscle and body fat, improved hormonal balance.
The diet is Non-Gluten, Non-Dairy. Options for Vegan diet.
A typical day could look like this:
9:00 Morning run, Yoga or mobility
13:00 Boxing session, Strength & Conditioning workout at the beach
14:30 Lunch and Siesta
17.30 Group competitions & uphill interval run
19:00 Deep stretching
20:00 Dinner followed by lecture/workshop on Nutrition
The daily program, is in general quite packed.
One day during the week will be a resting day. With restitution training, and massage in the morning followed by breakfast. After that rest of the day is given free. Often the participants choose to arrange a trip together this day. Options for a day trip to Morocco, or just relax in the area.
A big part of the participants are between 20-45. But we also have both older and younger participants. Minimum age for attending the camp is 15 years of age.
Around half of the participants come as singles.
The rest comes as friends, couples or sometimes families.
We advocate, encourage and expect all participants to follow our diet while they are here, and most chose to do so. However it's not a requirement.
Those who follows it gets results.

If accommodated in houses you'll have free access to Hotel swimming pool, and facillities as well.

You can of course also chose to go by public transport
