About Sky Waltz Hot Air Balloon Safari INDIA
Sky Waltz is the first and the largest fully licensed and approved Hot Air Balloon operation in India, Authorised by the Government of India’s Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Sky Waltz has successfully completed six (06) of commercial passenger flights with over 20,000 guests experiencing a Sky Waltz Balloon Safari in India. Sky Waltz has successfully expanded its fleet of Balloons and its flight operations now includes flights in Jaipur, Ranthambore, Pushkar, Neemrana, Mumbai and Delhi NCR, with plans to start flying in Bangalore / Mysore in the near future.
Sky Waltz Balloon Safaris has also been able to offer its guests the unique experience of flying over some of India’s most amazing Festivals and Fairs, including the Pushkar Camel Fair and Nagaur Fair.
Morning and Evening flights are available in all of our five spectacular locations with a total capacity of carrying 24 passengers (in 3 balloons) at any one time.
The Sky Waltz Hot-Air Ballooning experience and service is world class. Our team consists of highly experienced commercial pilots from the UK, Europe and USA, along with extensively trained operational staff and technical crew. Sky Waltz balloons have been sourced from the UK and Europe and globally recognized standards of safety and international operating systems and procedures have been implemented from the outset.
Sky Waltz passengers and equipment are comprehensively insured as per global aviation norms.

Typical Day
The following services are offered by Sky Waltz
Guest Pick-up and Drop: -Guests will be picked-up from their hotel /accommodation approximately 45 minutes before the flight (dependent on the distance between the hotel and launch site). Guests will be notified of the exact pick-up time 24 hours before their flight. Following the flight, guests will be dropped back to their hotel or to an alternate location if required.
Flight: -Flight time is approximately 60 minutes (+/- 10 minutes). Bottled mineral water is available during the flight.
Post flight Activities: -After the balloon has landed, guests can stay for as little or as long as they like until they are ready to leave the landing site to be driven back to their hotel or alternative drop-off point. The pilot will hand out First Flight certificates to all passengers as a memento of their amazing Sky Waltz Balloon Safari experience.
Total Ballooning experience: - Approximately 3 hours.
Sky Waltz Operation Period: - 1st September till 30th April every year

Age range, type of group
There is no upper age limit; passengers must be able to stand for at least one hour. Children must be at least 5 years of age and 1.5 m tall (to see over the sides of basket). Pregnant ladies are not allowed to take hot air balloon rides.

Sleeping and meals
Passenger Briefing and Tea/Coffee: - Once guests arrive at the launch site the pilot will give a safety briefing and basic orientation to the technical aspects of Hot-Air Ballooning.
Tea/Coffee, cold drinks and cookies are served during the inflation of the balloon.

Other Information
Payment and cancellation policy
•Payment Advance Policy:
50% of the billing amount shall be required to guarantee reservation.
100 % payment shall be required at least one day before the day of the flight.
All payments have to be made in the name of M/S E-Factor Adventure Tourism (P) Ltd.
•Mode of Payment:
We accept cash in INR / USD / Euros / Pound Sterling.
Payments can be made online on our website through credit cards.
Payments can also be collected anywhere in our operating locations via our mobile credit card machines.
We accept cheques against advance payments and at least one week before the day of the flight after which only the above shall be accepted with the exception of a demand draft in our company’s name & should be payable at par.
•Cancellation / Refund Policy :
All Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation because of unsafe weather condition or any operational issue we offer 100% refund against Balloon safari cost. INR 6000 charged against hotel stay is non â€" refundable.
