Dublin is near the geographical center of Georgia. Downtown Dublin is located at the crossroads of US Hwy 441 & US Hwy 80, about 4 miles off of Interstate 16. It is 136 miles south of Atlanta, 50 miles east of Macon, 124 miles west of Savannah, 99 miles southwest of Augusta, 145 miles east of Columbus, and 130 miles from Valdosta. The Page House is located at 711 Bellevue Avenue, on US Hwy 80 West, 7 blocks from downtown Dublin.

In 1903, construction began on the 11-room, 7,000 s/f Classic Greek Revival mansion, now known as the Page House. It was often described as one of the grandest homes south of Atlanta. It is on "Millionaire's Row", a reference made by the locals.
