Theodore was incorporated as a Village in 1907 and in 2007 we celebrated our centennial. Our population consists of approximately 490 friendly residents. We are situated on the Yellowhead Highway #16, which runs from Manitoba to the West Coast.

Theodore is located in a mixed agricultural area known as the Parkland Region. Residents enjoy proximity to big city amenities in Yorkton (est. pop 20,000) & are still able to benefit from all the advantages of a small town lifestyle.

There are numerous lots and houses available for sale with the Village of Theodore offering incentives for new construction. We have a fully equipped recreation complex with artificial ice skating rink and curling rink. There is a hall available for rent for your special occasions.

The Whitesand Regional Park, which is situated on the Theodore Reservoir. We are a one-stop camping, fishing and golfing paradise. The reservoir has 15 miles of shoreline and is seeded Bi-annually with 500,000 walleye fry with excellent fishing for pike and perch too.
