FROM THE SOUTH
Take Interstate 95 North to Interstate 395 across the Potomac River (14th Street Bridge). Once over bridge, continue traveling on 14th Street to a right turn onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Proceed toward the U.S. Capitol on Pennsylvania until you pass the Canadian Embassy on your left and the National Gallery of Art on your right. At this point, turn left (not sharp) onto Louisiana Avenue-Union Station which will be directly in front of you. Proceed two blocks until you reach North Capitol Street. Turn left. The Phoenix Park Hotel is a large brown brick building with a green canopy on your left at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue.
