My name is Karen Cossette and I live with my husband Jerry,dog Harley and little Kitty Pearlie Girl on a 5 acre Farm in Eastern Washington,USA. I have raised 4 children and have 5 (almost 6) grandchildren. I have worked with women from all
walks of life helping coaching them to learn to nurture themselves.My hobbies are gardening,reading,traveling and pottery.

Certified Simple Abundance workshop leader by Sarah BanBreathnach #1 New York Best Selling Author of Simple Abundance a Daybook of Comfort and Joy, Eccavating the Authentic Self, and Moving On as well as Romancing the Ordinary.
She taught me the all the Principles in Self Nurturance and I live by those lights today and they have changed my life completely...
