Since 1997, Dinh had been a free lance tour guide for Pacific World (Thailand), Destination Asia (Uk), Sundance Travel (Hongkong), Dragon Travel, he also work as a tour leader for Peregrine Adventures (Australia). He has been travelling through out Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and start his office work as a Sale Manager at Dragon Travel. In 2005 he has set up his own travel business named Jewel Tours infocus inbound indochina tour operator.

With commitment to become the most prestige & quality ground handler in Vietnam, he has collecting all details comments from each customer, partner, friend in order to consolidate operating system, qualify team work & provide better and better services for next customers.
