We're Gordon and Linda from Edinburgh, we have a management consultancy business. We love Marrakech for the sunshine and the warmth and charm of its people. We rent Riad Linda to groups of up to 10 people, as well as couples who may be looking for a romantic holiday in an exotic destination.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Morocco is a country where you can experience a taste of the exotic within a three- and a half hour flight from the UK. It is a country of stunning beauty, variety and is an all the year round destination that enjoys an extremely pleasant climate. It has sandy beaches to the north and west, the breathtaking Atlas mountains, and a number of lively cities, in particular Marrakech, also known as the Pink City. Marrakech itself is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city that now offers a wide range of cafes, restaurants, night-clubs, bars, shops, cultural events and art galleries. There is also a good chance of rubbing shoulders with celebrities, given the thriving film industry and annual film festival.

Our riad is situated in a peaceful derb 5 minutes walk from the main square. We offer three double en-suite bedrooms plus a master suite, complete with hammam, where you can enjoy a relaxing steam bath. Each en-suite bathroom has been traditionally decorated with Tadelakt and Moroccan tiles.All bedrooms are fitted with top of the range air-conditioning/heater units. Your bedroom will be cleaned each day while you enjoy your breakfast (croissants, pancakes with honey, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice). Breakfast is included in the price. Our private cook would be delighted to cook dinner for you (extra cost). From the roof terrace, there are stunning views across the medina, and towards the snow-capped Atlas mountains.An ideal setting for enjoying breakfast and relaxing.
