fantastic place to relax

I had a 5 day getaway holiday planned in Samui and I came accross this place. Situated in the far south of the island, far away from all the smelly and loud areas near the airport (Chaweng especially), this place is the best place to stay if you want to be away from the stressfull day to day life. Working as a consultant in Luzern and dealing with stress every day, this was just perfect.
The room we stayed in, was big, (pink!), beautiful decorated with a great bed and fantastic big walk through rain shower. The staff is very nice and helpful with a good knowledge of the island. THey have several non-thais working there, so, we never had a problem with the language. Not that the thai staff was bad in english at all. The restaurant is great. Fantastic food (western and thai) with great service. The spa is affordable, unlike a lot of other 5 star hotels in Thailand. The beach is beautiful and the surroundings are quiet, nice to walk around,....
Overall just fantastic!
