Main House: $1500; Guest House: $1000 Both Houses: $2300
Off-Season (10/19/13 to 5/22/14 &10/18/14 to 5/23/15),
except Thanksgiving and Christmas
Main House: $975 or $600 min. for up to 3-nights; Guest House: $700 or $450 min. for up to 3-nights;
Both Houses: $1275 or $850 for up to 3 nights.

Thanksgiving
Main House $225/night; Guest House $100/night; Both homes $275/night
Min. stay: 4 nights.
Christmas & New Years
Main House: $133/night Guest House:$89/night Both Homes: $178/night
Min. stay: 4 nights
