We did Slickrock's Adventure week in the beginning of January 2009. It was hands-down the best vacation experience we ever had. My husband, myself and our two children, aged 20 and 21 all went for first the Adventure Week followed by the Adventure Island trip where you spend a week on their private island. All of the activities, from caving to kayaking to visiting ruins to windsurfing to scuba diving were within reach for all of us. I am the least athletic of the group and the guides all treated me so well and patiently. This place truly has something for everyone, including hammock surfing. Great value for the dollar, includes all food, lodging, drink, "toys", practically one-on-one instruction, entertainment. The only extras we had were for scuba diving. You cannot find a better situation than this place if you are looking for seeing the real Belize and want some action and relaxation!
