Incredible E. -- Aug 18, 2010 09:14 pm I can't stop raving about our Crabapple Whitewater adventure. We went on a "non guaranteed" day which made me a little nervous, but everything was perfect. Aside from the extremely competent and safety focused rafting experience, the customer service was OUTSTANDING! After the safety demos, we met our groups and guide and loaded up for lunch. Our guide Ben S. shared lunch with us and got to know a little about us. Made it feel very personal. Had a great time rafting even when our very timid daughter fell in unexpectedly. No problem, though. Ben patiently smoothed everything over and we got back on the way. Even got a follow up postcard from Ben! |
