terrible hostel

Experienced very disappointing stay here. First the pictures on the web are from Kelona not Banff. They must upload pictures from Banff. I had a reservation four bed room but they provided seven bed room and there was only one bath room. Feels like a jail. The property is terribly dirty and old. The bath room seems need fixing and cleaning. The staff is unkind and unfriendly. When I checked in, one staff treated me very rudely and angrily, then I felt uncomfortable. The free breakfast is just piece of bread and cereal which looked like dog food. If you wake up lately, the food will be gone because there is only little breakfast. I will never recommend this hostel anybody, and I will never choose it.
