A Class Act Indeed!

Three of us have stayed in this hotel from January 12-15, 2010. Hats off to their excellent customer service. They have been kind enough to assist us in communication, too. On our last night, a friend of mine's luggage conked out and we were looking for an alternative solution. Lo and behold, the night shift hotel staff, Harry, assisted us by driving us to a 24-hr- supermarket at midnight, accompanied us inside the store to look for a reasonable luggage and lock and drove us back to the hotel right off. We admire your extra-mile service. A class act indeed! This kind of kindness is thin on the ground nowadays. Please stay in this hotel and you will not be disappointed.
