Be wary

We booked the accommodation weeks before but on arrival (place not signed and no-one to greet us) and after searching out the owners, we were put in the wrong room which was hardly big enough to swing a cat .The previous guests had stayed on in 'our' room, so we could not get the room we had booked which had a large bathroom and a large bed.
No apology, no reduction in price, a minute ensuite and just too bad.
We did not want to embarass the other guests so kept out of the way, very disappointed and just wanting to go away. Breakfast was fine but we did not feel welcome. We had to explain to one of the girls how we felt let down and eventually she reduced the cost a fraction. Never again.
