Accommodation is clean and comfortable

Woooooooooo what can I say about BGB Country Tours & Travel and Borneo Global Backpackers. Well the accommodation is clean, comfortable with a great communal room to meet people, the location was good with restaurants on your door step. Some people seem to be complaining about the location saying its miles from town which it isnt its a five-ten min walk but BGB also offer a free mini bus into town everyday at 7.30 and aslo a free pick up. And the family(staff) were awesome, they all made my stay. I was only going to be there for a few days and ended up staying for one month so big thanks to my bro melc(the best owner you will ever meet), belle, betz, yunni and joy. See you guys next time.

I had an amazing time staying at BGB, so much so that i stayed an extra week and a half longer than i intended! The Staff were EXTREMELY helpful and even more friendly. They get to know you personally rather than that of a normal formal customer relationship. Security was excellent. The only door in to the hostel is monitored 24 hours a day by a member of staff who have to buzz you in rather than you just walk in. So no non-residents allowed in. BGB is very clean, with staff constantly tidying any mess the moment they see it. The centre of the city is only a 10 minute walk away but if you dont fancy the walk then there is a free shuttle bus that runs to and from at certain times in the day, up until about 11.00pm.
