The bathroom design leads to a little bit of flooding while taking a shower. housekeeping was not proactive in asking to clean the room.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Upon an early arrival and long flight with several delays, our room was actually ready for us! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Had suggestions for dining, sight seeing, public transportation ect. The room was very comfortable, a nice modern feel and even had an ironing board (a rarity in Europe). I would highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great place to stay. The room was modern, clean and quiet. Room service was prompt and excellent. The bathroom was beautiful and hi-tech. It's a short walk to the Hofburg palaces and museuems and an ever shorter walk to the Opera. The only complaint we have is that they wanted to charge us 50 euro to check in early which we didn't think was fair, so we got there tired and jet lagged and had to kill 3 hours before checking in.

The location on this hotel was ideal! I only had a couple of nights in Vienna and I was thrilled that this hotel was located right in the center of everything and close enough to the Metro to get me out to other sites as well. The bathroom was to die for and I was thrilled with the bathtub. All-in-all, I would happily stay here again!
