  • Beds Too Firm...Could be Cleaner

    I rented a 1 bedroom apartment that had a kitchen & couch that made into a queen size bed. unfortunately, the fold out bed was much more comfortable than the king ...

    I rented a 1 bedroom apartment that had a kitchen & couch that made into a Queen size bed. Unfortunately, the fold out bed was much more comfortable than the King sized bed in the bedroom. I cleaned the air filter for the a/c as soon as I arrived ! (Nasty) You should always check the air filter...no matter where you are staying ! It's the air you will be breathing in while you're sleeping. Anyway, after taking care of the filter & adjusting to the sleeping conditions...I had a wonderful stay in Sydney. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel for sure ! But the staff was Very friendly & for * aussie dollars a night...You get what you pay for ! Rate 2 to 3 stars

  • Very Poor Serivce - no working phone!

    We had a horrible stay here - the phone did not work when we arrived and it took 3-4 days to get it up. the hotel staff were not accommodating ...

    We had a horrible stay here - the phone did not work when we arrived and it took 3-4 days to get it up. The hotel staff were not accommodating with our request to get a room that had a working phone and presented us with even worse options. While this is a cheap rate, i would urge you to resist your urge to book it...pay a little more to get something ALOT better!
