The stay at the Hilton Sofia was a highlight of my trip. I felt pampered, safe, and truly special due to the extra touches in the room, cleanliness of the facilities, and the truly friendly, helpful staff. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

The Good: Very Fresh, clean, new, good location, decent gym
The Bad: Expensive, Mediocre food, indoor pool, and they charge $20 (US) for Wifi per day!
I would probably not stay here again, but it is a great business hotel and is very modern. I stayed at other hotels in Sofia and felt there were better values in the area.
This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to.

The hotel is in he cnter of the city and almost everything of importance is in a walking distance. You can catch a taxi at any time of the day and night almost without waiting. Hilton gives you a guarantee on all services it provides. The staff is extremely polite and very caring. I could not ask for more.

This was our 2nd home while, working in Bulgaria, the staff knew us by our first names after the first stay. They were always very courteous and most helpful, and concerned when my wife was slightly ill, they called to check on her. The food was the most western that we could find in the city. The location is great near cafes and shopping and theatres. The security was very good. Again we cannot say enough about the staff, we have stayed in many hotels across europe and they are the best we have encountered anywhere!
