Service at the Cavalier was good and hotel personnel was very friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Good value for a nicer hotel. Shuttle from airport was $5.00 total for all three of us, that includes transport back to airport if needed. Several nearby restaurants within walking distance. Be sure to stop at Tim Hortons and get some bits, eh!

I used the hotel for the first time primarily for a conference (two medium sized rooms), but also had four guest rooms booked. Front Desk staff were quick and attentive when checking in. The Conference staff were quick, comprehensive, and full-service from the time of booking through to the end of our meetings. They even greeted me when I arrived on site to ensure everything went well! Hotel rooms (standard and on their executive floor) were lovely, flat-screen TVs, very comfortable beds, and large desks. Fitness facility was well-appointed with individual TV's on nearly every elliptical and treadmill, and included a weight-lifting machine and free weights. The mini convenience store was handy, open early and late, and had Starbucks coffee. I wasn't impressed with my meal at the restaurant, but I may have chosen poorly. Service was good.
