    Stayed a number of times this year - first time had just come from Four Seasons downtown Vancouver. Attitude and service provided by all levels of staff easily compares to that of Four Seasons staff.All other features (didn't try pool) were a pleasant surprise.

    We have been here on numerous occasions, only because it is the only one that is not fully booked.the pool is always freezing,the hot tub is yucky.last ...

    We have been here on numerous occasions, only because it is the only one that is not fully booked.The pool is always freezing,the hot tub is yucky.Last time in March the pool was 70 dgs if that.
