Overly expensive for the quality of the room and service. It is not a 4 stars hotel. Staff was inexperienced and unfriendly. I'm a native French speaker but that did not help to get empathy from the hotel staff. A so called 4 stars business hotel with one iron, only one line to the front desk where the person in charge keeps the line busy in personal call, awful wi-fi available only in the lobby, malfunctioning toilet, old beds and sheets, etc. Zero knowledge of the city to direct visitors. I'm a World Traveler and my experience with the service industry in Geneva was horrible. Rude and defiant. Asia, Latin America, North America and parts of Europe will give you a better value for your money. Only stay here if you find no other hotel available which is what happened to me.
