As newcomers to Denmark we did not know what to expect or how we would navigate through the surrounding sights. The hotel offered comfortable accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, as well as being very close to sights of Copenhagen within walking distance. We did take a tour of the city which originated at the hotel which made is very convienient. Restaurant offered a variety of choices and were delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who might be staying a short time such as before a cruise departure. It will provide a taste of Denmark without having to hire a taxi or rent a car.

I stay there every april for 4 days and it is absolutely unreal! cannot get any closer to the city unless you slept on a mattress on the corner! i love this place and would never stay any where else

We were upgraded to a renovated suite which was 5 stars in every way (ask for a renovated room). Room had kettle with tea, 2 flat panel TV's, very comfy bed with danish furniture in sitting room. Breakfast buffet included with room and had bread, cheese, herring, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereals, fruits; very tasty. Hotel has a great location; entrance to hotel is across the street from start of bus tours and next to main shopping street.
