The hotel was in certainly in need of renovations. The room was musty and the bed was horrible. We tried putting several comforters on it just to make it bearable but then housekeeping came and took them. We would not stay here again.

Hotel Lotti is in a perfect location to view Paris. It had the charm and old world feel I was looking for. The room was small but worked well as we spent most of our time sightseeing. Elegant marble bathroom was clean with great shower. Bed was comfy and pulled down each night. I enjoyed our meeting place in the Hotel bar/lounge area for recap of the days ventures.

The Staff was helpful and knowledgable about things to do, and places to eat. Very friendly! The hotel is within walking distance of the Louvre and metro, in one of the most exclusive parts of Paris. I marked the room quality down just a little, because it is an older building and maybe not what Americans think of as 4 Star, but for Europe/France this was GREAT!

This hotel was priced really well for the value. It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. There was a great restaurant/bar downstairs to grab a nightcap. The concierge was helpful in making reservations and recommendations. The room was decently sized and comfortable and the best part of all was its great location. It was within walking distance to all major areas in the city. I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

This was our first time in Paris and we relied on the concierge. They did a fantastic job from places to eat to getting us event reservations. Most all of the staff spoke English.
The location of Hotel Lotti is perfect. It is a 4 block walk to two metro stations on Rue de Rivoli. You are within easy walking distance of the Louvre or the Opera. On our next trip to Paris we plan to stay again at the Hotel Lotti.
