To start they charge you to park your car even if you have a room($15 per day). That's completely ridiculous in my opinion and I'm a New Yorker who is used to being charged for every little thing. I've NEVER heard of being charged to park a car where you are staying. It's appauling. Secondly, I stayed overnight on a sunady and the restaurant was closed (also closed on Saturdays and 'bank holidays'). Again, ridiculous. The reception desk explained that you could order anything from the resurant menu at the bar. Not true!! We were only offered a 'bar menu' with overly-priced, and mediocre food from an un-friendly employer. They have a *on all vegeterian menu items but DO NOT TRUST that!! The french onion soup is made with chicken broth even though it says veggie. The left hand is clearly not talking to the right. They clearly don't understand what the words 'customer service' means. The internet would only work in the entance way (after going to the reception twice with computer in hand). In closing, the looby itself looks nice and the rooms are OK, but it lacked in what a reputable chain hotel should offer.

We chose the hotel for the shuttle to the airport the next morning which leaves every 15 minutes at the peak hours and we were very pleasantly surprised by the seamlessness of our stay. We asked for a quiet room and did not hear anything at any time. It took us a minutes to figure out that we needed to insert our room card key in a slot inside the entryway of the room in order to turn on the lights. The room was spacious and the bath was recently updated. Great TV. We ordered the steak daily special which was very tough and the restaurant staff very graciously replaced my steak with a different item. The shuttle takes all airline passengers to the CDG Val light rail at Terminal 2. We took the CDG Val to Terminal 1.

We stayed one night while in between flights. I was skeptical about this hotel because of some previous comments. I found the staff to be excellent, the room was fine and the bath was recently modernized. Heated mirror, wonderful German made shower controller, free high speed internet. The restaurant was fine, although a bit pricey. There's a small town about a 10 minute walk from this hotel, we did not visit because of rain. The shuttle service to and from the hotel is wonderful. You should e-mail the hotel for the shuttle pick-up points for Terminal 1 and 2. I believe they pick up in Terminal 3 but you must call the hotel for pick-up. we waited 6 minutes for pick-up at Terminal 2, and the next morning we timed out departure around the bus schedule. CDG is a big airport, so knowing your arrival terminal and Hall will make it easier to find the shuttle.
I didn't like the bed - not enough pillows, but I didn't ask for more, the room was quiet as was the hotel in general. The room was a good size, reasonably comfortable.

Reception staff was not helpful. Our reservation stated 3 people, they claimed it was only for two and charged us extra. Then they sent a roll-away with no sheets and said they only showed two in the room when we call for sheets.
