The hotel front desk clerkss were helpful and the location was close to local city bus stops, which made it convenient to get around for a first time traveler (me). It was nice and quiet. There was not a lot of traffic in and out, which wsa good. During my 7 night stay, I was wishing that we would've had a microwave in the room, which would've been helpful. However, the information that was displayed about the hotel on the website was not completely accurate. One on the main reasons why I selected the Hilto Croydon was bevcause I was advised that there was an indor pool. The pool was no-longer available. I was advised that it removed long ago. The hotel funiture seemed to be a bit out dated. It was not your typical Hilton Hotel. It seemed to be be more like a Motel 6 instead. Overakk, I wouldn't give them 4stars, but I would rate it as maybe a 3star hotel. This was my first Trip to London and the experience was great!!!!!!
