    Staying at this hotel absolutely ruined our first trip to italy.with such high ratings and high room rates, we thought we would be staying in quite a luxurious place. ...

    Staying at this hotel absolutely ruined our first trip to Italy.With such high ratings and high room rates, we thought we would be staying in quite a luxurious place.That was not the case.The room had rundown furnishings, broken light fixtures, a clogged sink and inadequate air conditioning. The management also claimed we had cancelled our reservation, which we had not.This led to hours of sitting in the lobby waiting for a room.
