The staff was great and the service was excellent. When we checked in the bathroom had some towls left on the floor and we just asked about being replaced. They not only replaced them, but because the cleaning crew forgot to pick them up they moved us to a better room and gave us breakfast for the entire week. WOW.. Great service,,, great facility... Great location.

I can't say enough about the hotel itself - very courteous staff, prompt, truly bends over backwards. Not a super fancy hotel like the Ritz but I visited the Westin while there and it's definitely nice than the Westin. However, the Westin has a much nicer beach right now. A storm came a few months ago and pretty much washed away all but about 10 feet of sand in front of the Marriot. So right now the water comes within 10 feet of the pool deck, leaving only 1 row for chairs. On the plus side you can go to either side of the hotel and have a nice sandy beach. You might just have to haul a chair with you. And the hotel has a number of circle floats about 20-30 feet from the shore that are really nice. I was initially bummed about the beach but it turned out not to be a big deal at all. The snorkeling was awesome (some of the best we did). Apparently the beach will come back when a storm comes through from the opposite direction, so this might not even be an issue for much longer. But overall we were really happy with our hotel choice. It was clean, friendly, the bar service was friendly and prompt, the restaurant staff was great, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Even though the Beach was narrow it was great for kids who could play in the sand and wade into the calm blue water. The pool was small and could have benefited with more frequent cleaning. This is a great hotel for kids ( ages 1, 2, 4) but adults might find it a little quite. The kids club was excellent

My daughter and I stayed here for almost a week. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The pond with the turtles in the back was a big hit with my daughter. The beach is beautiful and we were able to book all of our excursions thru the hotel service. Rooms were nice..... hotel food kinda pricey but we got suggestions for other restaurants.
