Have stayed with them several times. Good experience everytime. Service is particularly fine and it is well-run. One drawback is no Internet service in the room and no wireless. You have to use the business center and pay for time on their computers (expensive). The cafeteria style restaurant in the hotel is delicious for breakfast buffet. Not terribly expensive but in the realm of hotel food prices in this area. The other fancier restaurant in the hotel can be a little uneven. For the $, better off going to a nearby restaurant. It is convenient, however, and a nice spot for a quiet dinner. Service is excellent.

My experience with the hotel was very good, except my request to have packages of coffee and condiments in the room were never honored. Service at the downstair restaurant depended on the server. Better service during the week versus the weekend. Rooms were clean.

Hotel was in a great location and beautiful. The rooftop pool area was really well done and comfortable. Hot tub wasn't open during our visit, no problem for us. The Piano from the Mezzanine was loud till 11 PM. Were on the 12th floor and it sounded like it was outside our door. We did , however, get used to it. Staff was friendly but very little English spoken. A Tourist office is located in the Lobby plus a Business area with Receptionist. We were supplied with Bottled Water. The bed was hard, but again, got used to it. Overall the room was very comfortable with a good chair and ottoman plus a table with chair.

Positives: The hotel was one of the main drags in D.F. It was super super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Most seemed to have limited english, although I'm not totally sure since I speak spanish. Everyday they give you fresh towels, soaps and super important 2 bottles of water!!! Also the lady who cleaned our room would usually stop by when we came in from our sightseeing, etc to make sure we had everything we needed. The ""casual"" restaurant in the hotel Los Naranjos was tasty, but way overpriced for what you can get if you venture out into the neighborhood. In all fairness it was about the price of a casual meal in the states. Negatives: The bed and pillows were not so confy. It was beyond firm, it was stiff. It made it difficult for me to sleep peacefully. Also we had a room in the main hall (which is open looking down to the atrium ""piano bar"") and you can hear the piano in your room until the bar closes around 1. It's not loud, and we didn't have trouble sleeping as a result, but you can hear it and this may be a problem for light sleepers. You should request a room off the main hallway when you get there. Overall I think this was a good deal. If the beds had been better I would have been overjoyed...even with the piano soundtrack at night.
