it's a nice place close to everythings shopping and restaurant I'm stay this hotel next vacation

Stayed at 3 different hotels during this trip and this was by far the best ofthe 3, even better that the other hotel that cost twice as much per night.

The hotel is located in the Makati area of Manila and within walking distance of the Glorietta shopping malls, 4 and 5, and the the Greenbelt shopping malls, 1-5. In addition to large department stores Rustans and Landmark. The security is top notch. All taxi's are checked before going up the circular drive. Black Labs sniff all luggage before going into the hotel and security pats you down. There are many security staff both in and outside the hotel. Check in was very quick and greeted with smiles; also very polite. Arriving to the room was good size and bathroom very clean. There food was excellent and for everyone's taste, Asian, Indian, Muslim and Western in addition to the typical breakfast foods buffet style with chefs to prepare fresh steamed items or stir fry. The swimming pool is huge and the area around it large and open. The Dfit gym is efficient and well staffed with a sauna, which is clean and hot. I loved my stay here! Finally, the hotel really is fantastic, lobby is huge and beautiful, staff is the best; friendly, helpful, and respectful.

Outstanding BUFFETS- B, L & D. 4 Star Corner room suites very nice. Great fitness ctr. LOCATION was fab!!! Short cab to airplane takeoff place...but the traffic can throw you a curve, so do leave time for 20-45minute ride George (attendant at the swimming pool) is a very nice gentleman and extremely courteous to the family as was everyone else we came in contact with during our night's stay. BUT, BUT, BUT the teenager they let handle the issuing of rooms to the throngs of weary disgruntled was NOT good---it took hours almost three! Nothing was said as far as instructions unless we all asked(YELLED).
