    Toilet is too close to wall and inconvenient and internet connection that is free is poor unless you have the door open.

    This hotel was very close to alot of entertainment and all within walking distance. there was also a good pizza place right on the first floor that had great food! ...

    This hotel was very close to alot of entertainment and all within walking distance. There was also a good pizza place right on the first floor that had great food! The rooms were not the biggest but who cares when you are in the city! I cant wait to go back!

    We booked bacause of location and it worked out great! itwas within walkng distace to lots of food and shops. it was close to old san juan with ashort cab ...

It was close to old san juan with ashort cab ride, and there wa no problem getting taxi and thy were always willing to tell you of places to go Im def going back. This s not the Hilton so dont go there expecting that but the staff make up for it!!!

    Had no hot water for the 1st night we stayed and the hot water wasn't fixed til that next day afternoon. no bueno! oh yeah elevator was acting up ...
