Staff is genuine , courteous, very helpful, and accommodating whenever possible. Lobby is very nice but many rooms really need to be updated / renovated. Had some problems with mildew smell (mildew allergy flare up) coming from the air conditioner. Rooms are spacious but arrangement of furniture not well suited for working on your computer. The A/C vent blows directly on you while seated at the desk. As a minimum the vent should be redirected as this makes it uncomfortable if you have to work for an extended period of time. I found this problem to be evident in my last several stays in different rooms.

I thought that the free high speed internet is available in the room. As it turns out, it's only available in the lobby. You have to pay a hefty price if you want internet in your room. The food at the restaurant is okay. You'll find better food outside. I also had a billing issue. I was told by the receptionist that I didn't have to pay for the extra bed. Took a long time for the staff to get back to me about the extra charge that they made after I left. I was told that it'll be reimbursed back to me but until now I'm still waiting for the credit back to my credit card. I would have given this a 5-star if it weren't for the billing issue. Still, I would recommend this hotel to somebody who would't make changes to the initial reservation.
