The room has a small but perfectly functional kitchenette. Bed was comfortably firm. Room was clean. Safe. There is no daily housekeeping, but the room was close to half the price of motels/hotels that offer daily housekeeping. Would not hesitate to stay again, for the sake of the value, at this clean, safe motel.

We found this room to be a bargain for the money. It was spacious, clean and well supplied with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Our beds were unusually comfortable and we usually have trouble with back issues. We were pleasantly surprised at the quietness of the area, accessibility of good eating places. I would recommend this to other travelers and we hope to be guests there another time.

We needed a place to stay for one night so we could be at an event early Saturday morning. Homestead was easy to get to off of the freeway, the rooms where quiet, roomy enough, tastefully decorated, clean and nice, and offered a refrigerator (larger than the under-counter frigs), dishes, dish washer, sink and two-burner stove top. The staff was polite and efficient, hot water was plentiful, and sleeping was comfy. The motel did not offer food, but there are several good restaurants in walking distance, and with the in-room kitchenette, it was easy to provide your own healthy and cost-effective eating. My only complaint is that they advertised FREE wi-fi, when in fact there was a one-time $4.99 access charge. It's been a long time since I had to pay $5.00 for a few hours of online time at a motel, hotel, or even restaurant. Other than the wi-fi charge, I would recommend this motel to any business travel or couple traveling and needed a good night's rest.

Over all the hotel was nice... I had a little problem with my reservation but it was due to a new employee who did not know what they where doing, but was easily resolved.
