I stayed here with my husband and son for five nights while my husband was in town for business. Staff was great! We had a problem with our lock to our room and it was fixed quickly. Room was comfortable and clean. Indoor pool was excellent! I usually leave it up to my husband to swim with our son but even I thought the water felt perfect (not to cold or warm). Loved the movies by the pool @ 8:00 each evening, my son especially enjoyed them. We will stay here again if ever back in town! No need to look anywhere else.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to delay checking out by one hour so we wouldn't have to find somewhere to wait before the wedding we were attending started. The breakfast was above average with eggs and sausage along with the usual pastry/toast choices. The room was large and the beds were wonderful. The main concern when I pick a hotel is cleanliness and comfortable beds. I was not disappointed. Would definitely stay again. The restaurant next door was only ok. I probably wouldn't eat there again.

My mother, two children and I stayed here for one night as our first stop on a ten-day, four-state vacation (work trip? with kids it is!). We are VERY picky about our rooms, and found this one to be very clean, very roomy, and in a great location. The indoor pool and hot tub were also great, with later hours than most hotels. The beds were very comfortable and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and extremely nice! We have made plans to come to Eureka Springs again (a GREAT little town with tons to do!), and we will definitely book with this hotel again!

We spent 3 1/2 weeks in this hotel during March of 2009 working on the renovations for this property. During this time we were able to meet the entire staff, work in every room and public areas (pool, washrooms, lobby, etc) and witness the interaction between guests and staff. This hotel was recently acquired/purchased by a new ownership group about a year ago. Many improvements under new ownership. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are kept very clean and the pool area is exceptional. It is the only hotel in the city of Eureka Springs with an indoor pool (recently redone as well) and It is only a few minutes to downtown with all the shops/restaurants/bars (we recommend Chelsea's as THE place to go). This hotel works very hard to make you happy. We travel across the country doing hotel renovations and found this property, staff and ownership to be outstanding. We have plans to go back and relax and enjoy the city/hotel when we have the chance.
