Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The new manager was very willing to assist with any needs we had. Cleaning crew never once got everything done in our room. (for example, one day the second bed was not made) We had to ask for extra towels every day because they only left two. There were cigarette burn marks in the tub. Our second room had a shower curtain that was so short that the water dripped all over. The TV couldn't connect to our DVD player. The WiFi only worked the first night. I found a grape stem next to my bed (we hadn't eaten any grapes.)

not bad for the money. it was a little noisy in the morning and housekeeping knocked on the door around 8 or 9.

I thought that the hotel was very dirty. Our room was gross. The sheets had rips and holes in them. The rugged floors were severely stained. And I had things crawl on me in the middle of the night. I did kill two bugs that I found in my bed, but wasn't sure if they were bed bugs or not. I did not sleep well because I wasn't sure if anything else was crawling. This was not a good experience for me at all.

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed. The rooms were noisey. The Hallway was flooded and I left a pair of pants in my room and they never found or contacted me about them...Need I say more?
