Kids were running all over the hotel.. playing on elevators, the next morning was a false fire alarm cause a kid pulled the alarm. We were woke up to the fire alarm going off and being told to evacuate our room. There is no free wi fi . This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. I checked put 14 hours earlier than I planed cause of the kids running around . Staff does nothing to make them stop.

First of all the room didnt have a hot tub like was booked Also no free wi fi . There were kids running all over the place I mean unsupervised running around all night and hotel staff did nothing to stop them and kids where Riding the elevators up and down like a toy. The next morning a we were work up to a fire alarm telling us to leave our rooms . About 45 mins later we were advised the alarm was false,, A kid had pulled the Alarm as a joke! I left the hotel 15 hours before my check out time. It was so stress full !

Very nice, The morning breakfast was great. I would recommend this to anyone.

When the wife and I visited Northwest Arkansas for a short getaway -- we couldn't have been more happy with our experience at the Embassy Suites. Room was quiet, beautiful and clean. Lobby and atrium area was sharp and attractive. The cooked-to-order breakfast was fantastic...SO much better than the usual cereal and danish you might expect elsewhere. Also, the location was close to shopping, entertainment and great restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay. Pay a few extra bucks and stay at the Embassy. You'll be glad you did.
