Enjoyed our stay, room was Very Clean, newly renovated will stay here again.

Not a good value for the price. No onsite restaurant as we were told it had.

The hotel was located in the Southern most part of Scottsdale (I didn't do my research beforehand, wanted to be close to downtown). Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous. There are no elevators so be prepared to carry your things up a flight of stairs if not on first level. There is a grocery store located across the street to fill your fridge with microwavables or thirst quenchers. Fridge and microwave are in room. I was a little bugged out by the number of tiny little flies in the room. I think I killed three in our 4 day stay. Other than that the room was clean and the maid service was fine. There's a really nice city park just outside and you can walk/jog/bike the distance of Scottsdale, play a game of frisbee golf or putt regular golf. There's a skate park inside too. Great park overall. There's a nice bar/grill just across the way as well. Dubbed as one of Scottsdale's best. Duke's, an Irish establishment. We had cheap drinks and good eats.

I am blown away by the reviews I have read. No even close to a resort. I travel often for work. Mostly stay at LaQuinta or a Marriott. Their rooms are much nicer and larger than 3 Palms. Pictures are very misleading! I have never had to park on a public street at a resort of look into an older home neighborhood from my room. Seems more like a Motel 6 with upgraded beds and a nicer pool. Not even close to being worth the money.
