Considering how we had to have 2 rooms for 2 nights, we went cheap, and we got what we paid for in this motel. Nothing stood out at all about this motel, but we really just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights, close to ASU's Temp campus. Most disappointing/disgusting was the fact that within 5 minutes of check-in, my son (looking for an outlet for his phone charger) moved the bed from the wall and found an unwrapped condom under the bed (not sure if used or not)! In the same room, under the other bed was something wrapped in toilet paper! I complained to the front desk immediately, but since it was 10 p.m., there was no maintenance/cleaning crew, and the front desk wasn't about to clean it. I was offered the ability to change rooms, but we wanted rooms next to each other, which they were not able to accommodate. More important than moving, I wanted management to understand that the cleaning crew was obviously not doing their job very well. The next morning, I repeated my complaint to the day shift at the front desk, again expressing my concern. A little later, I saw the cleaning lady at a room further down, asked her if she had cleaned our room, and she indicated she had. I looked and the condom was still there, so I asked her back in the room and showed her the offense, also telling her of the other item. Obviously, the front desk had not instructed the cleaning crew to take extra care, even after complaints to two different front desk workers. Also, the "free breakfast" was extremely disappointing, even compared to most places. The best thing was a plastic-wrapped danish or small muffin. The "orange juice" was really just orange water, although the apple juice was okay. Thus, all I can say is, you get what you pay for. You want cheap, you will get cheap!

i would recomend this hotel to family and friends the service was nice and they responded quick when a problem arise

The particular room we were in was in bad condition. The door was messed up, the carpet on the entry was raveled Int the room about 3", and the toilet was loose and wobbly. The room was however fairly clean and quiet.

We were looking for just a place to sleep since in town for family events. When we got to room, it smelled like BO. The TV remote did not work. Toilet was clogged and then would not flush. When we left for the day and came back we found that the shower tub was slightly full of water!! Even though only showers were only taken, it looked like someone took a bath when we left! We later found out that the pipes back up and water just filled up. Gross! The pool n hot tub cold! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
