I would recommend this hotel to all family members aswell as friends. They take care of all your needs and the staff made me feel as if i was part of there family, quality of all services were exceptional great. I;ll be coming back for my next stay with friends and family.. Thank you!!

This hotel has made me feel as if i were at home, there staff and services were exceptionally great and Id not only recommend this to my buisness partners but aswell as my family members. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure that your stay will be remembered. The food is great, housekeeping was very polite and went out of there way to fit my every need and or wants.

I was very disapointed in this hotel and the standards that Holiday Inn has set for itself. I was expecting the norm for all Holiday Inns that I've stayed at in the past. And, beyond the friendly and helpful front desk, this hotel was a relic from the past with simply a new coat of paint and a new Holiday Inn sign. Although I had no problems with the room, and maybe it was the nicest place in the city of Chico, CA, I was still less than impressed with the property in relation to other Holiday Inn standards.

I stayed here 11 or 12 years ago and it was run down then. It doesn't look like they've done anything to upgrade it since then. The front desk staff was overworked, it took us 40 minutes to check in. The room was OK, it was a good size.
