    The doubletree suites in dana point were very spacious and relaxing and in a good location if you have a car. the walk to the beach was only 10 minutes. ...

    The DoubleTree Suites in Dana Point were very spacious and relaxing and in a good location if you have a car. The walk to the beach was only 10 minutes. Our 2nd flr room was right over the hot tub/pool, but the noise was minimal once the double doors to the sitting room were closed. We were in town for a wedding at the Ritz-Carlton nearby and had a great meal at Mahe's in Dana Point.

    Stained carpet, moldy tub, filthy behind toilet, filthy hand rails in elevator (a layer of scum you could scratch your name into), never been in hotel room this dirty. pool ...

    Stained carpet, moldy tub, filthy behind toilet, filthy hand rails in elevator (a layer of scum you could scratch your name into), never been in hotel room this dirty. Pool and jacuzzi both out of service on our arrival.

    This is one of my favorite hotels in Dana Point. Love the staff the cookies and the location! It was my moms 78th birthday this last time and they were so very nice helping with the oxygen and service for the cake in our room!
