Because Embassy Suites brand is all-suite rooms, space is not a problem. For a reasonable price, a family of four will encounter spacious master bed and living rooms, complete with 2 LCD 50-inch screens, refrigerator, microwave, sink and commodious bathroom. The free breakfast buffet is excellent with full hot and cold selections. The center atrium is gorgeous, giving the feel of an outdoor property, decorated with trees, tropical plants and indoor streams. The indoor pool is great for winter stays, but the chlorine tends to be strong. We had an ant issue in our room, but staff quickly dealt with it. If you get a special access room, beware of the shower curtain. Velcro it securely, otherwise the bathroom floor becomes a lake. Also, the velcro may tear off--ours did.

Have stayed at this hotel prior with no issues. Two days into a four day stay, I get a call asking why my stuff is still in the room when I was suppose to have checked out. I explained I had a four day reservation and if they bothered to check the form I signed, they would see that I had a four day reservation. Had to pick up new keys and as I was waiting for a friend, I hear the door open and within two seconds, housekeeping was already going thru my computer bag. Management actually defended her saying she was a long term employee who would never do that. It is hard to screw up as many times as they did but they did it! From going thru my stuff to trying to overbill me for my stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Embassy Suites has an excellent location near the John Wayne Airport, but there is literally no jet noise associated with this location. Rooms are large and neat with multiple TV's, microwave and refrigerator. The staff was always thoughtfull and willing to help. The free buffet breakfast located in the hotel is a plus as well.

I asked for two beds, they gave me a 1 room suite with a queen bed and they said the sofa in the livingroom is a bed too, full size bed, it was very unconfortable bed, I think that should't be count as a bed, but in general was a very good experience, I will be back

This hotel management considers it acceptable to disturb its guests on a sunday morning with construction noise. I woke up on sunday morning to banging noise from the room directly above. Called front desk and was told construction manager will be contacted. Had to call the front desk again to find out that they will try to keep down the noise but will continue construction. Noise continued unabated.
