the disadvange is need to pay $25 per day for parking and required $20 per day for hotel fee, but it's worth. Advange is no need to drive around town to find a restaurant to eat, there are lots of resturants to choice in Laguna Beach, also travel in November still has a good weather, from where i leave in San Francisco, this is a best place to stay for few days of relex short trip.

You cannot beat this location. Not only is it steps away from the beach, charming downtown Laguna, but also an amazing trail that overlooks the ocean as it meandors through parks and benches. I would definitely recommend a room on the 3rd or 4th floor with an ocean view. A great alternative and better location than the much spendier Surf and Sand or Montage.

I've stayed here many times and it is always immaculately clean, quite comfortable, and full of delights, inlcluding beautiful views, a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, and wonderful breakfast servce, housekeeping service and front desk service. There is also a gorgeous pool and hot tub. The new manager is wonderful and personally cares about guests' satisfaction. The location is very convenient and there are specials and discounts throughout the year. I plan to stay here often, as i have family in the area!

My wife and I spent a few days here and we loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. We parked on the first day and didn't retrieve our car until the day we left. The beach was beautiful and more than enough sights within walking distance to make it convenient to come and go from the hotel.
