Great staff and right on slopes. The indoor/outdoor pool is very fun for the kids with multiple hot tubs. The game room is archaic and could use a major overhaul. Charging to play pool and foozball is bush and the deli/grocery on premises has exploitative pricing that leaves a bad taste in the mouth. A complimentary breakfast buffet would have been most welcome but you can't have it all. Also a bit bush to charge $10 per night parking on premises when there is absolutely no alternative to park off site.

This a fantastic location with lots of great mountains for a variety of levels for skiing. However, I have NEVER seen so much dust in a room that is supposed to be cleaned, at the very least, weekly. I have both asthma & allergies & this was unbelieveable. There were dust bunnies crawling over the fan blades, the pictures, the ceiling, & even the walls! It took calling twice, just to get someone there to clean. Overall the resort was pretty nice & food just average.

Wonderfully close to ski lift, with ski-lockers barely 20 steps from the lift. Incredible ski side convenience with onsite deli, ski rental shops, full service restaurant, hot tubs, pools, sauna, steam room, exercise room, game arcade, bars, and incredible conference facility. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was not quite up to par--the microwave was dirty at our check-in. Reasonably convenient to town. Shuttle was efficient.

My wife and I recently stayed in building 4 which is the only building with true ski in/ski out. We stayed in the Colorado Suite which I highly recommend. It has a fire place with free wood, separate bedroom, small kitchen, flat screen t.v.'s in the bedroom and the living room, nice living area, dining table for 6, etc. Perfect for the two of us. We were on the 6th floor and had a view of the mountains and the ski lift area. I used to stay here all the time with my family when I was a kid in the 80's and early 90's and hadn't been back since. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it wasn't as "dated" as some of the other reviewers said. As happy as I was with the room, you can't be happier than the convenience. From the fact that you literally ski off the slope into an area where they have storage lockers for all who stay in building 4, to going out the next day and skiing down to the lift, to the fact that if you run out of wood a simple call to front desk has someone bringing you more free of charge within the hour, to the free shuttle that takes you anywhere you want to go and a call to the front desk has them picking you up in minutes and bring you back to your building, to the friendly people at the ski rental place, lift ticket place, restaurants, bars, etc. that are all on site is incredible. I had considered staying at Ski One Hill which is new and looks really nice, but the monetary difference made me stay with Beaver Run. Glad I did.
