The shower handle came off the wall, the features on tv did not work. And by far the worst, the toilet was backed up, and when I called to complain, they brought me a plunger!!!
When I asked to be moved to another room we were told all nine floors were full! There were only seven cars in parking lot! This was by far in over 40 years of traveling, our worst stay at any hotel!

It's not four-star, but a good value for your money. I would stay here again. Staff is very friendly, too.
