nice hotel, buut they had a lot of small annoying issues. I'm Platinum with Holday Inn but they stuck me in a small room with 1 double bed 3rd floor streetside. Streetside is noisy ! The electronic door constantly jammed, the AC would cycle on and off constantly even when shut off at the thermostat. (Maintenance showed me where the secret off switch was). The elevator was located at the opposite end of a courtyard and I would have just taken the stairs, but the exit doors to the 1st floor were alarmed. Staff was pretty good except one weekend clerk that told me my next day air package wasn't there without even looking for it. When I told them "UPS tracks it to here" She petulantly asked for my tracking number. I went back to my room to get it but they managed to find it before I had to look up the tracking number. I changed to the airport Tower road property for the end of my stay in Denver. It was much better. The wireless is the slowest I have ever seen. It's hard to checck e-mail at peak times. You can't watch streaming video except late at night or early morning.

Great rooms, only problems I found were that the bathtub did not drain (ew!) Also have a charge on my credit card, contacted the hotel by email, waiting on a response about that.

Overall a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

My girlfriend and I stayed here, and for the price we were blown away. It was the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. The inside of the hotel is really incredibly designed. The staff greeted us and were very helpful giving us ideas of where to eat and hang out around, and the area nearby was very nice and safe to park your car + they have a parking garage to be even safer. Now for the room... It was awesome! They have the adjustable beds, which are not only fun to tinker with, but will make anybody comfortable however they prefer. The pillows were soft, and the sheets were great as well. One thing that was really cool for us, especially being on the 10th floor was the balcony. Not a lot of hotels either have this feature or let people outside of the room, but we were able to enjoy the view and let fresh air get into the room, not that it was necessary, but nice to have the option. I believe I covered all of the bases, but to conclude, I'd suggest this to anyone, whether you are staying at the airport or not. It was convenient enough to go into town for the night, and made it really easy to get to my flight. So, I am about to reserve a room here again for when I fly back into Denver. Then again, "We'll be chillin in the Holiday Inn." This hotel proved to me why there was a song written about the hotel chain. Not to mention my girlfriend was highly impressed B)
