Immediately after check in I told manager about the TV, non functioning power outlet in bath, loud dripping bath tub, heater thermostat that did'nt work ( only on or off, very inconvenient during the night). Poor maintance, housekeeping and management.

I like to do my research before I book a room. We do alot of outdoor adventures so a clean, quiet room/Hotel is what I am looking for. The room did not have a funky smell. Bathroom and shower were clean. the Front desk was professional and greeted us everytime we came into the lobby. Good customer service. Good location to downtown(We walked) and to other Durango adventures.(We rafted and went hiking on great local trails. Good, clean room...standard Breakfast.

Room was very large and clean. Hotel is older and is showing its age, as was the room, but the room was clean and comfortable. Room included a microwave and fridge. Well worth the price if you are looking to get away from the higher end chains. We would be very comfortable to stay there again.

This was a last minute stay just to get some rest so we didn't have to drive 4 hours after snowboarding all day. For the price it was exactly as expected...a room to sleep in. The continental breakfast was a definite plus. The room was clean and warm and that's pretty much all we needed.
