My son and I travelled to Durango for the first time and were very pleased with Hampton's location, service and accommodations. The hotel was very clean and we found the pool and hot tub to be quite nice. The staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Last March I spent a week in Durango, CO visiting my son. My husband couldn't be with me, so I was on my own in a strange town, in the middle of winter, while my son worked. To my surprise, everyone at the Hampton had a kind word or just took the time to spend a few minutes sharing their view of the town: things to see, places to visit, restaurants to try. Coming or going,I was always recognized. The entire staff was friendly and outgoing. On my last day there, waiting for the taxi to take me to the airport, the manager plopped down on the couch next to me and we had a nice conversation. I will return to that hotel, the Hampton Inn, everytime I return to Durango.
