The staff was nice, and rooms were clean. I couldn't get wifi in my room, so had to hang out in lobby all the time. The walls & floors are very thin — every time the toliet flushed upstairs we woke up. The breakfast was basic — no protein, juice-like drinks, and weak coffee.
What more can i say. you can't expect too much for the money or the location. we have no complaints other than that the non-smoking room smelled vaguely ...

A decent basic motel, convenient and inexpensive location for many ski resorts in the area. georgetown itself is a charming restored historic mining town.

If you're looking for clean and safe, this is a good hotel, but if you want something better than shabby, then look elsewhere. Staff is friendly and helpful, but building and grounds are delapidated and worn. Not worth more than $55 a night.
